No matter what happens to you, I’m learning recovery is a mind game. Your reactions & actions dictate how whatever happened to you shapes who you are. And it’s extremely hard sometimes to remember this when all you want to do is just cave to the feelings but you HAVE to keep moving forward and shaping yourself until you’re happy with where + who you are. Hopefully this pennant is a reminder to keep going towards that positive place.
